GRIP Terms of Service
Last updated 6 August 2026
These terms cover the GRIP Discord bot, run by Jesper Driessen (MrSataana). By adding GRIP to a Discord server, or by using its commands, you agree to what follows.
What GRIP is
A self-hosted Discord bot supporting the GRIP family of World of Warcraft addons. It is provided free of charge. There is no paid tier and no payment is ever taken.
Using it
- Follow the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines. GRIP does not override them.
- Only add GRIP to a server if you are allowed to manage that server.
- Do not use GRIP to harass anyone, to break the law, or to attack the service itself, including by flooding it with requests.
- Do not try to gain access to parts of the service that are not offered to you.
Availability
GRIP runs on a single machine and is offered as is. It may be offline, restarted, changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. There is no uptime guarantee and no support commitment. Features may be added or removed.
No warranty
GRIP is provided without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It is not liable for loss or damage arising from its use, including lost data or disrupted servers. You use it at your own risk.
Suspension
Access may be withdrawn from any user or server at any time, particularly where these terms are broken. GRIP may be removed from a server by anyone with permission to do so.
Your data
Handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use GRIP after that means you accept the new version.
